Covid-19 is the name of a pandemic. The source of which is the coronavirus. It is an infectious disease that has affected the lives of millions of people. The pandemic has affected people around the world in different ways. It was first discovered in Wuhan, China in 2019. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared it a pandemic in March 2020, saying it has spread across the globe like wildfire. Pandemics have claimed millions of lives. The virus had negative consequences for those who were infected, including the development of various chronic disorders. The main symptoms of this disease were loss of smell and taste, fatigue, pale skin, sneezing, coughing, lack of oxygen, etc.
Covid-19 is a contagious disease, so people who were infected were instructed to isolate themselves. The affected people were separated from their families and locked in a room. The government has prioritized public safety. Frontline workers are like superheroes, working tirelessly to ensure public safety. For the safety of their patients and next of kin, many doctors had to stay away from their families and children.
The government has taken significant steps to protect the people. For this, apart from giving free 2 doses of vaccination, the program of giving booster doses is also going on. At the same time, public awareness programs including the use of masks are also continuing.

কোভিড-১৯ একটি মহামারীর নাম। যার উৎস করোনাভাইরাস। এটি একটি সংক্রামক রোগ যা লক্ষ লক্ষ মানুষের জীবনকে প্রভাবিত করেছে। মহামারীটি বিভিন্ন উপায়ে সারা বিশ্বের মানুষকে প্রভাবিত করেছে। এটি ২০১৯ সালে চীনের উহানে প্রথম আবিষ্কৃত হয়। বিশ্ব স্বাস্থ্য সংস্থা (WHO) এটিকে ২০২০ সালের মার্চ মাসে মহামারী ঘোষণা করে, বলা হয় এটি দাবানলের মতো বিশ্বজুড়ে ছড়িয়ে পড়েছে। মহামারী লক্ষাধিক মানুষের প্রাণ কেড়ে নিয়েছে। যারা সংক্রামিত হয়েছিল তাদের জন্য ভাইরাসটির নেতিবাচক পরিণতি ছিল, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে বিভিন্ন দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ব্যাধির বিকাশ। এই রোগের প্রধান উপসর্গগুলি ছিল গন্ধ এবং স্বাদ, ক্লান্তি, ফ্যাকাশে ত্বক, হাঁচি, কাশি, অক্সিজেনের ঘাটতি ইত্যাদি।
কোভিড-১৯ একটি সংক্রামক রোগ, তাই যারা সংক্রামিত হয়েছিল তাদের থেকে নিজেদের আলাদা করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছিল। ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ লোকেরা তাদের পরিবার থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে একটি ঘরে তালাবদ্ধ ছিল। সরকার জনগণের নিরাপত্তাকে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়েছে। ফ্রন্টলাইন কর্মীরা সুপারহিরোদের মতো, জনসাধারণের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে অক্লান্ত পরিশ্রম করে। তাদের রোগীদের এবং নিকটাত্মীয়দের নিরাপত্তার জন্য, অনেক ডাক্তারকে তাদের পরিবার এবং শিশুদের থেকে দূরে থাকতে হয়েছিল।
সরকার জনগণের সুরক্ষার জন্য উল্লেখযোগ্য পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করেছে। এ জন্য বিনামূল্যে ২ ডোজ টিকা প্রদানের পাশাপাশি বুস্টার ডোজ দেওয়ার কার্যক্রমও এগিয়ে চলেছে। একই সাথে মাস্ক ব্যবহারসহ জনসচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচিও অব্যাহত আছে।
